Heidi started her career working for a number of leading global advertising agencies including JWT, Ogilvy, M&C Saatchi, TBWA and Host/Havas in both Sydney and London.

More recently, Heidi worked for iconic Australian FMCG, Sanitarium Health and Wellbeing, utilising her passion and natural ability for building trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to connect great people with great opportunities.

Through her experience, Heidi understands the hierarchy of Account Management and Marketing roles in both agency and client-side, as well as the types of personalities, experience and grit required by candidates to be successful in these roles.

When Heidi is not recruiting, she can often be found at her local beach or parks with her family enjoying the outdoors. She also enjoys hosting BBQs with family and friends and loves to unwind with a cocktail.
