Emmy® and Effie®‑awarded integrated creative agency is looking for a Strategic Planner to join their growing agency. Someone who’s just as comfortable crafting strategic thinking as they are planning out the realities of channel, media, and content execution. This role is all about helping shape great ideas that people feel and mapping out the path for how they connect and build in the real world.

You’ll uncover sharp insights, help fuel ideation, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategy moves through every impression a brand makes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insight & Research; Tap into culture, category, consumer and competitor trends to find the sharpest possible insight and emotional hook that fuels strategy and unlocks creative thinking.
  • Briefing & Strategic Guidance; Lead the development of briefs, translating insights into clear, persuasive direction for creative, media, PR, social, and production teams.
  • Ideation & Concept Development; Collaborate with creatives to shape ideas people can really feel, ensuring every concept is strategically sound and channel-aware from the outset.
  • Integrated Planning; Translate big ideas into real-world integrated programs using paid, owned, earned and shared channels to unfold the story over time and space.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration; Partner with media, PR, social, production and creative teams to ensure the work hits on every front, both effectively and emotionally.
  • Performance Monitoring; Track and interpret campaign performance, iterating strategy as needed to optimise outcomes and deliver measurable impact.
  • Thought Leadership;  Keep the agency thinking sharp. Bring provocations, inspiration, fresh takes, and a hunger to make things that matter. 
Key Skills & Traits
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, able to mine data and turn it into compelling, actionable insight
  • Demonstrated ability to craft impactful briefs andstrategy that inspires creative and cross‑channel coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing both internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Curiosity and cultural awareness, keen to probe trends and consumer mindset shifts.
  • Comfortable managing complex, integrated programs, juggling multiple channels, stakeholders, and shifting priorities.
