Social Media Manager | 110-120k inc | Hybrid
As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice, eyes, and creative spark of the brand online. With a deep understanding of what works on TikTok & Instagram you’ll roll up your sleeves to capture, edit, and publish content that feels fresh, culturally relevant, and on-trend. Your work will directly influence how thousands of people experience and connect with the brand every day. Ideally, you’ll have a passion for food, fitness and culture and will live on socials. You’ll be as comfortable in front of the camera as you will from behind it, and will have a keen eye for aesthetics and what feels authentic for the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:

With a deep understanding of what works on TikTok & Instagram you’ll roll up your sleeves to capture, edit, and publish content that feels fresh, culturally relevant, and on-trend. Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate social-first content ideas that align with cultural trends and key brand priorities.
- Help create social-native video content for TikTok, Instagram and other emerging channels
- Produce culturally relevant formats like vox pops, taste tests, street interviews, day-in-the-life content, trend-driven edits and creator-style storytelling
- Shoot (on mobile) and edit short-form videos in CapCut (or other mobile-friendly tools) to create polished, platform-optimised content.
- Stay deeply embedded in internet culture, memes, creators and trends to translate into brand-relevant, engaging content
- Comfortable appearing on camera (when needed) to help bring social formats, trends and brand storytelling to life
- Bring a constant flow of fresh ideas, formats and experiments to the content calendar.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align content with campaigns and launches.
- Leverage social listening and performance reporting tools to adjust strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions
- 3+ years experience creating social content in-house, at a brand, or within a social/creative agency.
- Proven ability to create high-performing short-form video content.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social video trends.
- Strong mobile-first shooting and editing skills
- A great creative eye for what works on social — pacing, humour, hooks and storytelling.
- Comfortable filming in public and interacting with people (vox pops, interviews etc).
- Naturally curious and chronically online — always aware of what’s trending.
- Ability to move fast, test ideas and create content at pace.
- Passion for food, fitness, lifestyle or culture is a bonus
- Knowledge and experience with social listening and reporting skills (ideal)
