What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow an engaged online community across social platforms
- Be the day-to-day voice of the brand, creating meaningful interactions and conversations
- Identify passionate customers, creators and community advocates to collaborate with
- Assist in developing social-first campaigns, creator partnerships and content ideas
- Create and capture low-fi, trend-led content that resonates with audiences
- Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning across social channels
- Monitor trends, conversations and emerging cultural moments within food, fitness, lifestyle and wellness
- Gather community insights and feedback to help shape marketing and brand direction
- Work closely with creative, influencer and marketing teams to deliver engaging brand experiences
- Help keep the brand culturally relevant through innovative social storytelling and creator collaborations
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media, influencer marketing, community management, PR or creator partnerships
- Naturally plugged into social culture, trends and digital communities
- Strong understanding of what performs across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
- Creative thinker with confidence contributing ideas and content concepts
- Organised and confident managing multiple projects and relationships at once
- Passionate about health, food, fitness, wellness and lifestyle culture
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Hybrid working model – 3 days office / 2 days WFH
