We’re looking for a social‑native creator who lives and breathes internet culture. Someone who spots trends before they peak, films content everywhere they go, and instinctively knows what will land on TikTok.
As our Social Content Producer, you’ll be a hands‑on maker — shooting, editing and publishing social‑first content at speed. You’ll work closely with our Head of Social, Content & Community to bring brand moments to life, jump on cultural conversations and create content that feels native, relevant and impossible to scroll past.

As our Social Content Producer, you’ll be a hands‑on maker — shooting, editing and publishing social‑first content at speed. You’ll work closely with our Head of Social, Content & Community to bring brand moments to life, jump on cultural conversations and create content that feels native, relevant and impossible to scroll past.
What you’ll do:
- Create social‑first concepts that blend cultural trends with brand priorities and product moments.
- Produce high‑volume short‑form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels and emerging platforms.
- Shoot and edit content quickly and authentically using mobile or camera.
- Experiment with formats like vox pops, day‑in‑the‑life, trend edits and creator‑style storytelling.
- Translate internet culture into brand‑relevant, engaging content.
- React in real time to trends, cultural moments and conversations.
- Appear on camera when needed to bring formats and storytelling to life.
- Stay deeply plugged into culture — memes, creators, formats, communities.
- Spot opportunities for the brand to show up authentically and entertainingly.
- Bring fresh ideas, experiments and new formats to the content calendar.
- Edit short‑form video using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or similar tools.
- Optimise content per platform using best practices and native behaviours.
- Collaborate with creative teams to scale winning formats.
- Support social activations and manage production with external partners or talent.
- Work with broader marketing team to bring campaigns to life on social.
- Collaborate with creators, ambassadors and influencers during shoots.
- Test, learn and iterate based on performance and social listening insights.
- 5 years + experience creating social content in-house, at a brand, or within a social/creative agency
- Proven ability to create high-performing short-form video content.
- Strong shooting and editing skills, particularly with the ability to share examples of your work
- A great creative eye for what works on social pacing, humour, hooks and storytelling
- Comfortable filming in public and interacting with people
- Passion for food, fitness, lifestyle or culture is a must
