This is a great opportunity to join a growing indie Creative Agency with an enviable cllent list. Take ownership of content planning, creation and execution across social and digital platforms. This role blends creativity with execution — manage calendars, concepting, repurposing assets, and ensuring content is engaging and fit-for-channel.
Key responsibilities:
- Concept, produce, shoot and edit lo-fi content across all social channels
- Write hooks, scripts and captions designed to stop scrolling and drive engagement
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars, including scheduling and publishing
- Monitor content performance and iterate quickly, using insights to refine creative output and double down on what’s working
- Repurpose campaign material and assets in content libraries for organic and paid social / digital formats
- Collaborate with creative, production, influencer and PR teams to ensure content aligns with broader brand and campaign objectives
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats and creator culture, identifying opportunities to turn cultural moments into content for brands
- 3+ years’ experience in social content creation at agencies or brands
- Confident shooting and editing for social media content
- Experience in editing with Capcut and (ideally) Premiere Pro
- Experience with Photoshop
- Ability to adapt campaign assets for social/digital
- Intimate knowledge of social media platforms, content formats and trends
- Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Ability to storyboard for video creation when needed (using existing stills / messaging)
- Becoming a client confidante and ‘go-to’ and the client’s social channel expert
- Shooting experience beyond an iPhone (using a stills camera)
- Motion and drone operation is nice to have
