Our client fuels active individuals—from elite athletes to everyday people—with award-winning, high-protein meals, snacks, and drinks. The brand at the intersection of food, fitness, health, culture, and lifestyle, and as they enter an ambitious next phase of growth, they're looking for a standout creator-editor to help shape how this iconic brand shows up in social culture.

If you're a highly skilled, content creator-editor with the ability to independently create, shoot, present, and edit high-performing short-form content, then this role could be just what you're looking for. Reporting straight into the Head of Social, Content & Community, this hands-on role will be responsible for editing a high volume of social content each week. You'll also become one of the recognisable, regular faces of the brand across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
.
What You’ll Do:
  • Produce weekly content: Edit a high volume of original videos, cut-downs, creative variations, and platform-specific versions.
  • Transform raw assets: Turn raw footage, creator submissions, influencer content, and campaign assets into polished, platform-native content.
  • Master advanced CapCut: Utilise CapCut at an advanced level to produce distinctive, high-retention vertical videos.
  • Craft engaging narratives: Build strong hooks and narrative structures that capture attention within the opening seconds.
  • Apply creative judgement: Maintain excellent pacing, captions, sound design, music, transitions, comedic timing, and clear calls to action.
  • Optimise across platforms: Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social channels.
  • Front social content: Build familiarity as a recognisable, natural, and engaging brand personality on camera.
  • Host versatile formats: Appear in taste tests, product reviews, lifestyle challenges, street interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Engage the community: Interview athletes, creators, and community members in gyms, kitchens, offices, and public events.
  • Own the creative process: Take content independently from initial idea and scripting through to filming and final delivery.
  • Mobile-first filming: Capture high-quality content using an iPhone-first, mobile-native approach.
  • Direct talent: Guide team members, influencers, and ambassadors during shoots to capture natural performances.
  • Monitor digital culture: Stay deeply connected to emerging creators, memes, sounds, editing styles, and platform algorithms.
  • Optimise via analytics: Use reach, watch time, completion rates, and audience signals to iterate and improve future creative output.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 4–6+ years creating and editing social content in-house for a brand or within a social/creative agency.
  • CapCut expertise: Advanced proficiency in CapCut is essential; experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Canva is highly regarded.
  • Proven portfolio: A strong showreel or social media presence demonstrating high-retention vertical video creation.
  • On-camera confidence: Natural presence on camera with the ability to bring personality to content without making it feel forced or corporate.
  • Industry alignment: A genuine, demonstrated personal interest in fitness, food, nutrition, health, and active living.
  • Production stamina: Ability to manage multiple edits simultaneously and thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume production environment.
  • Platform knowledge: Deep understanding of social search, accessibility practices (keywords, captions, alt text), and evolving platform algorithms.
Perks On Offer
  • On-site gym: Access to a fully equipped, on-site fitness facility.
  • Staff discounts: Generous discounts on premium meals, snacks, and drinks.
  • Modern facility: Work from a new state-of-the-art facility with on-site parking.
  • Work-life balance: Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
  • Culture: Robust recognition and reward programs alongside quarterly business off-sites.
