Snr Marketing Manager| Ex-Agency SAD/GAD | 150-155k base

This is an exciting opportunity for an agency Senior Account Director or Group Account Director to make the switch to Client-side! 

Tech company head quartered in Sydney but with a customer base which stretches across Asia Pacific, UK, Europe, Sth Africa and Middle East, has recently diversified and is scaling-up it's operations.

Together with the CMO this role will help shape new brand and product stories both domestically and globally. Working closely with Sales, Product and Tech teams, the role will help develop marketing and sales tools and campaigns that align with their new brand identity and overarching business goals. 

Ket Responsibilities:
  • Support CMO is developing the company's new brand identity, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that target key segments and drive measurable results.
  • Work closely with Product teams to develop GTM plans and campaigns for new product launches
  • Manage the media and PR relationship as the day-to-day contact for upcoming campaigns
  • Develop a suite of case study videos and customer stories working with a content production agency to deliver them
  • Opportunity to build out a content marketing program particularly in social media
  • Help expand the offering into European and Middle East markets
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, the broader internal team, agency partners and vendors
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, keeping the wider business informed
The ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Marketing
  • 7 + years experience in brand & content marketing derived in an agency environment
  • B2B marketing experience with a keen understanding of B2B channels
  • Experience working with Tech clients ideal
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns across print, digital, eDM, content and PR
  • Experience managing/overseeing video production projects
  • Experienced in social media marketing: in creating and managing B2B
  • Experience in content creation and activation into market through the relevant channels
  • Passionate about creative with eye for design and a flare for writing
  • Proven strategic ability and strong communication & presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence
  • A forward thinking, creative marketer who thrives on results and enjoys being hands-on
  • Exceptional project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
  • Some exposure with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Financial acumen and ability to run projects on budget
Whilst this is a 6mth contract initially it is highly likely to extend/go permanent.
