We’re seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role as part of a thriving, high performance marketing function. A unique opportunity as part of a growing NFP organisation within the government space.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager (a fantastic mentor), this role is responsible for turning strategy into structured, high-quality execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to the standard expected.

This is a hands-on coordination and delivery role at the centre of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. You’ll bring clarity, momentum and discipline to campaign execution while working closely with internal teams, program leads, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign delivery & execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns spanning digital, CRM, internal comms, print, social, content, events and activations
  • Coordinate multi-faceted activity and assets across all earned, owned, paid channels
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans, timelines and briefs
  • Manage multiple, overlapping campaigns, sequencing work and balancing priorities to maintain momentum
  • Ensure all outputs are delivered on time, within scope, and to a consistently high standard
Coordination & stakeholder management
  • Act as the central point of coordination for campaign delivery across multiple stakeholders
  • Work closely with program teams, research, engagement, operations and external partners
  • Build strong, trusted relationships that bring clarity, responsiveness and confidence to delivery
  • Provide clear, concise updates on progress, risks, dependencies and next steps
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues and dependencies
Agency & supplier management
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and suppliers
  • Ensure briefs are clear, aligned and outcome-focused
  • Monitor delivery against scope, timelines and quality expectations
Governance & culture
  • Maintain awareness of compliance and risk considerations in all campaign activity
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency and innovation
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-trust working environment
  • Ensure values are embedded in day-to-day work and decision-making
About you:

You’ll bring strong campaign delivery experience and thrive in environments where coordination, clarity and follow-through matter as much as creativity.

You will likely have:
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing or communications campaigns across complex portfolios, either in-house marketing team or agency-side (equiv. AD level)
  • Exposure to multi-channel campaigns including digital, social, partnerships and events
  • Strong capability in managing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience working in high-trust or reputation-sensitive environments
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Sound judgement and a commitment to high-quality delivery
Why this role?

This is an opportunity to sit at the centre of meaningful, high-impact programs that impact the community and drive positive change. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where your ability to bring structure, alignment and momentum will be highly valued.
