Senior Marketing Specialist 

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a growing lifestyle brand known for its strong identity and loyal following.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take the lead on bringing the marketing calendar to life, spanning product launches, brand collaborations, activations and key trading moments.

You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, from briefing creative through to performance analysis, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, considered and unmistakably on-brand.

We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, creatively confident and comfortable operating at pace. In this lean team, you won’t just execute, you’ll influence, mentor and elevate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving execution of the annual marketing calendar across in-store launches, collaborations, events and brand moments
  • Planning, delivering and optimising multi-channel campaigns across social, email, digital, paid media, PR and physical environments
  • Briefing and managing external creative partners to deliver premium, on-brand assets
  • Tracking campaign performance, extracting insights and presenting clear post-campaign learnings
  • Owning brand consistency across every consumer touchpoint
  • Leading marketing support for multiple locations (local and international), ensuring elevated brand presence
  • Producing compelling, on-brand copy across social, email and digital platforms
  • Managing content planning and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen output
  • Mentoring and guiding a junior social resource to ensure high-quality execution
  • Partnering with PR, collaborators and wholesale stakeholders to maximise brand impact
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years’ min. marketing experience within lifestyle, fashion, beauty or premium consumer brands (creative agency experience also highly regarded - Senior AM level)
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and how channels work together to drive results 
  • Proven experience briefing and managing agencies or suppliers to a high creative standard
  • Confident, hands-on copywriting skills with a refined understanding of tone of voice
  • Strong visual instincts and an appreciation for premium brand aesthetics
  • Commercial mindset, you think beyond “creative” and care about impact and performance
  • Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach suited to a fast-growing, agile environment
  • Natural collaborator who builds strong relationships internally and externally
  • A genuine passion for culture or experience-led brands

Salary: Up to $100k + super
Hybrid Model: 4:1 (onsite / WFH)
