Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager (a fantastic mentor), this role is responsible for turning strategy into structured, high-quality execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to the standard expected.
This is a hands-on coordination and delivery role at the centre of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. You’ll bring clarity, momentum and discipline to campaign execution while working closely with internal teams, program leads, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign delivery & execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns spanning digital, CRM, internal comms, print, social, content, events and activations
- Coordinate multi-faceted activity and assets across all earned, owned, paid channels
- Translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans, timelines and briefs
- Manage multiple, overlapping campaigns, sequencing work and balancing priorities to maintain momentum
- Ensure all outputs are delivered on time, within scope, and to a consistently high standard
- Act as the central point of coordination for campaign delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Work closely with program teams, research, engagement, operations and external partners
- Build strong, trusted relationships that bring clarity, responsiveness and confidence to delivery
- Provide clear, concise updates on progress, risks, dependencies and next steps
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues and dependencies
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and suppliers
- Ensure briefs are clear, aligned and outcome-focused
- Monitor delivery against scope, timelines and quality expectations
- Maintain awareness of compliance and risk considerations in all campaign activity
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency and innovation
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-trust working environment
- Ensure values are embedded in day-to-day work and decision-making
You’ll bring strong campaign delivery experience and thrive in environments where coordination, clarity and follow-through matter as much as creativity.
You will likely have:
- Experience delivering integrated marketing or communications campaigns across complex portfolios as part of an in-house marketing team
- Exposure to multi-channel campaigns including digital, social, partnerships and events
- Strong capability in managing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience working in high-trust or reputation-sensitive environments
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Sound judgement and a commitment to high-quality delivery
