We’re looking for a senior marketing professional to lead the marketing function and develop a cohesive brand and communications blueprint across both B2B and B2C segments. This role is a solo-contributor opportunity reporting directly into the CEO, as the marketing subject-matter expert.
The Scope:
Hybrid: 4 x onsite : 1 x remote (non-neg). North Sydney Location.

The Scope:
- Brand leadership: Refine and evolve the master brand and product portfolio – ensuring guidelines, narrative and visual identity feel unified across all channels.
- CRM & automation: Leverage tools to support campaigns, track performance, and strengthen customer and prospect relationships.
- Sales enablement: Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling content and campaigns that support lead generation, retention, and growth.
- Digital & performance marketing: Oversee paid and organic activity, website optimisation, and analytics to improve reach and engagement.
- PR & communications: Shape thought leadership, opinion pieces, and media activity in collaboration with industry partners.
- Events & partnerships: Maximise the value of sponsorships and industry events, delivering standout brand integration.
- Internal comms & employer brand: Play a key role in building a strong internal culture as the business scales for growth.
- A seasoned marketer with demonstrated B2B expertise and a proven ability to build and strengthen brands (10+ years).
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in an environment where processes are still being defined.
- Strategic and creative in equal measure, able to translate business goals into compelling brand and marketing outcomes.
- Skilled at managing stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and working cross functionally with sales, product, operations and C-suite.
- Capabilities in setting up new systems, marketing frameworks and embedding best-practice into a growing business that is hungry for change.
