Senior B2B Marketing Manager – Tech | 6 Month Contract Role | 4 days/week
We're partnering with a global tech brand to source a commercially minded B2B Marketing Manager with strong full-funnel experience to join their APAC team. Reporting into the VP of Marketing you’ll take the lead on strategy and execution across brand, content, digital, and demand generation, all closely tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
This is a hands-on, yet strategic role ideal for a seasoned marketer who knows how to brief an agency, map out a content-led campaign, and work hand-in-hand with product and sales teams to drive commercial growth and audience engagement.
What you'll be doing:

Reporting into the VP of Marketing you’ll take the lead on strategy and execution across brand, content, digital, and demand generation, all closely tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
This is a hands-on, yet strategic role ideal for a seasoned marketer who knows how to brief an agency, map out a content-led campaign, and work hand-in-hand with product and sales teams to drive commercial growth and audience engagement.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end B2B marketing programs targeting enterprise clients across APAC
- Developing and executing multi-channel campaign initiatives across Digital, Paid, PR, CRM & Events
- Driving the content deliverables – from white papers and webinars to speaking engagements and case studies
- Partnering with external agencies to bring assets to life – from concept to in-market execution
- Working closely with BD's to develop tailored sales enablement tools
- Managing campaign performance, budgets, calendars, and reporting
- 6+ years in B2B marketing (ideally tech, SaaS or data-related industries)
- Strong experience running campaigns that support the lead funnel and customer journey
- Proven ability to lead content development aligned to different buyer stages
- Confident working cross-functionally, especially with BD, Product, and Agency partners
- Comfortable owning projects and jumping in wherever needed, this is a nimble, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of team
- 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs) / 2:2 Hybrid / Sydney CBD location
- Up to $700 per day inc. super (up to $150K + super pro rata)
- Contract period: 6 Months initially, with a view to extend
