Join this Brand Experience agency as a Senior Account Manager working on beauty and alcohol brands across event design, 3D builds, activations, on premise work, conferences and sponsorships.

Reporting to a Senior Account Director, the role requires experience across multiple channels specifically being able to confidently deliver and manage medium to large scale projects. You will need to be a confident communicator and have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders, and above all excel at client management.

In this role you'll wear multiple hats, you'll be across creative ideation, client management, event design and build, logistics, planning, and production.

Day to day you will:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned portfolio of clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships
  • Ensure all client deliverables, including event proposals, contracts, creative and budgets, are accurately prepared, approved, and executed within established timelines
  • With guidance you’ll lead concept development and creative ideation by translating client briefs into compelling creative activations
  • Provide input creatively and complete design briefs on assigned projects that require working with 3D or graphic design to ensure the creative vision is aligned with client expectations
  • Support with pitch decks and response to conceptual briefs
  • Develop bespoke custom build items for small and large scale activations, working with the creative team and key suppliers to conceptualise, design and fully execute
  • Establish and maintain a long-term relationship with best-in-class suppliers
  • Work with your AM’s and AE’s to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, AV production, run sheets, catering, and onsite coordination
Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years in agency account management - preferably experiential or creative agency
  • Experience in custom event design and build of experiential spaces
  • A collaborative attitude, welcoming ideas from others and sharing information
  • Strong communication skills, confident at presenting and able to engage with audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self motivated – positive and resilient attitude
  • Highly organised and adept at time management
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
