About the role:
- Senior Account Director ready for a new challenge or further growth
- Experience running large-scale, multi-channel integrated projects
- Experience working on large blue-chip brands with a complex stakeholder environment
- Be the primary contact for senior clients becoming a trusted strategic advisor and sounding board, with the ability to have real influence
- Lead, mentor and inspire junior team members acting as an escalation point for solving problems
- Own revenue targets and financial reporting, ensuring the account is profitable
- Champion the creative work, developing a strong partnership with Creative Directors
- Experience leading complex productions with many operational considerations
- Integrated agency experience on large sized accounts with ideally 7-10 years industry experience
- Experience working on integrated channels and ideally loyalty programme experience
- Passionate about the creative product and confident in selling ideas
- Down to earth approach, smart with plenty of initiative
- Enjoy leading and mentoring juniors
