Successful Brand Activations company is looking for a freelance suit to support on several shopper and promotions projects for a well-know global beer brand.
Reporting directly into the Managing Partner support the rollout of multiple shopper marketing campaigns across alcohol & drinks brands during a busy delivery period.
In addition, the successful candidate will also suppot on an integrated campaign with execution in Japan, where this role will support pre-production and planning from Australia, working closely with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure the campaign is set up for success.
This is a hands on, delivery first role, designed to provide immediate support across live and in flight campaigns.
The role would suit someone at Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Director, or Group Account Director level who is comfortable stepping in quickly, taking ownership, and keeping complex programs moving.
Responsibilities:

- Manage shopper marketing campaigns end-to-end, from brief through to rollout and reporting.
- Support the delivery of POS, displays, and promotional assets across retail and digital touchpoints.
- Lead day to day client comms, status updates, and delivery coordination.
- Keep projects moving at pace, flagging risks early and solving problems
pragmatically. - Ensure timelines, budgets, and scopes are actively managed and clearly communicated.
