This role is about creating thoughtful, relevant content — not just posting for the sake of it.

What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and creating content across LinkedIn, Instagram, EDMs, and website
- Writing engaging, insight-led content for a professional (B2B) audience
- Turning hiring trends, candidate insights, and industry observations into compelling content
- Managing and maintaining a content calendar
- Collaborating with the team on campaigns, messaging, and brand voice
- Monitoring performance and refining content based on what resonates
- Experience in content, communications, or marketing(2+ years)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills — you know how to engage a professional audience
- Interest in or understanding of the employment market, careers, or recruitment space
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram (B2B focus)
- Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas
- A thoughtful approach — you care about relevance and quality, not just volume
- Exposure to recruitment, HR, or employer branding
- Experience with EDM platforms
- Journalistic approach to content
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Understanding of content analytics and performance
- Flexible, part-time role
- Hybrid working with minimal in-office requirement - Sydney CBD location 1 day a week.
