As the business expands, they're on the lookout for a savvy Marketing Manager to bring fresh energy and ideas to the business. This is a genuine opportunity to be part of a brand that’s deeply respected in the industry, with innovation, integrity and collaboration at its core.
This is a 4 x day per week opportunity, and will form part of a small, but nimble marketing function. The company prides itself on its supportive, genuine, down to earth culture where staff feel respected and valued.

The Role:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels - digital, print, email and social (with a strong B2B focus)
- Create compelling content — from blog posts and email to social, video & sales enablement tools.
- Manage daily content activity and performance tracking
- Keep brand voice & narratives consistent across all touch-points
- Manage timelines and drive progress for national marketing campaigns
- Own campaign analytics and report across channel performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders internally (sales and product team) and externally to align marketing with business goals and commercial targets
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Strong writing capabilities and a good eye for design & creative
- Experience using tools like Canva, Active Campaign (or similar), and social platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to self-start, add value and take ownership of key projects, this role reports into the CEO.
