Independent creative agency that invests in its people is looking to add a newly created HR Manager position. The role will be responsible for cultivating an exceptional employee experience, from designing reward and recognition programs to leading performance management and culture initiatives.

Independent creative agency that invests in its people is looking to add a newly created HR Manager position. The role will be responsible for cultivating an exceptional employee experience, from designing reward and recognition programs to leading performance management and culture initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement meaningful reward and recognition programs tailored to the creative industry
- Identify training needs across departments and develop bespoke learning programs
- Support professional growth pathways and career development planning
- Oversee the end-to-end performance review process
- Coach line managers on goal-setting, feedback, and performance conversations
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Regularly measure employee engagement through surveys and feedback loops, and implement action plans accordingly.
- Co-ordinate the recruitment process with Hiring Managers, scheduling interviews and gathering interview feedback
- Develop strong relationships with key recruiters ensuring a thorough briefing process and providing timely candidate feedback
- Deliver a standout onboarding experience that reflects the brand and culture
- Support general office administration including facilities coordination and team logistics
- Ideally 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in creative, media, or startup environments.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic, approachable, and a strong advocate for a positive workplace culture
- Proficient with HRIS platforms
- Creative thinker with a passion for building great workplace cultures
- Strong problem-solving and mediation skills
- Ideally time spent working in creative or media agencies
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
