The Opportunity:
Reporting into senior leadership (global office), you’ll take ownership of the regional marketing and digital function, developing brand strategy, performance marketing, CRM, customer lifecycle initiatives and digital optimisation.
You’ll play a key role in evolving the customer experience, strengthening brand positioning and driving measurable business outcomes through data-led marketing initiatives. This role also offers the opportunity to influence broader business transformation projects spanning systems, operations and customer infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, CRM and media with a strong brand lens
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives across the full funnel
- Lead performance marketing activity across paid media, search, social and affiliate channels
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align local execution with broader brand objectives
- Oversee CRM strategy, customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing programs
- Use customer insights and campaign performance data to optimise marketing effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to elevate personalisation, automation and digital engagement
- Champion innovation across digital platforms, tools and customer touchpoints
- Lead, mentor and evolve internal marketing and digital capabilities
- Manage external agency and vendor relationships to ensure strong commercial and creative outcomes
- Foster collaboration across marketing, ecommerce, retail and operational teams
- Present insights, recommendations and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
- Support broader business transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally on projects relating to logistics, fulfilment and customer operations
- Ensure marketing technology, reporting and customer data processes are compliant and scalable

You’ll bring:
- Significant experience leading integrated marketing and most importantly, digital functions within retail (fixed/e-comm), FMCG or luxury sectors (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, customer acquisition & retention and campaign optimisation
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Experience leading agencies, external partners and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytical capability with confidence interpreting performance data and turning insights into action
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at executive level
