The Opportunity
If you’re commercially minded, understand brands, marketing, creative agencies and love creating momentum, this role is for you. Working closely with the founders, you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, elevate the company’s profile and help convert leads into revenue. It’s a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys both thinking and doing. One day you might meet a Head of Marketing; the next you’re writing LinkedIn content, building a prospect list, organising an event or running an outreach campaign.
This role begins at 3 days per week, with room to grow.
Responsibilities
A strong understanding of marketing, advertising, branding or creative industries and enjoy building relationships that lead to opportunities. You may come from an agency, consultancy, media business, marketing team, partnerships or business development position.
You’re curious, commercially minded and confident engaging senior decision‑makers. You’re comfortable working independently, and are pro-active with an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Build relationships with marketers, brand leaders and agency partners to generate new business
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
- Manage outreach across LinkedIn, email, events and industry networks
- Support on proposals and qualify opportunities
- Work with founders to convert leads into commercial outcomes
- Drive revenue initiatives and business development activity
- Identify speaking, partnership and thought leadership opportunities
- Create marketing activity that generates awareness and conversations
- Build long‑term connections that add value to the business
