An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced and commercially savvy CRM Manager to join a leading Australian digital business at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, customer lifecycle marketing and martech. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Analytics, you’ll lead the evolution of the CRM function, shaping how the business engages, converts and retains its audiences at scale.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Analytics, you’ll lead the evolution of the CRM function, shaping how the business engages, converts and retains its audiences at scale.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will take ownership of the CRM roadmap while remaining hands-on in execution, driving lifecycle initiatives, optimising customer journeys and leveraging data-led insights to deliver measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across the business
- Develop and execute the broader MarTech roadmap, including platform enhancements and migration initiatives
- Build, manage and optimise customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels including email, push and digital media
- Drive audience engagement, customer conversion and retention through highly targeted communications
- Establish best-practice measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign and journey performance
- Analyse customer and campaign data to uncover optimisation opportunities and improve business outcomes
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Data teams to deliver integrated customer initiatives
- Manage external agency and technology partners across strategic, creative and technical delivery
- Ensure governance across data privacy, platform compliance and CRM operational maturity
- Proven experience within CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement roles, ideally min. 7+ years
- Strong capability across marketing automation and CRM technologies, particularly Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign Classic (mandatory), AJO and RTCDP
- A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to campaign delivery and optimisation
- Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights and commercial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly organised project management capability with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a genuine passion for delivering impactful customer experiences
