About the Role
This creative independent is on a steep growth trajectory, havfing just won several new accounts. They are looking for a CRM Manager to manage customer journey planning and execution for one of their new key clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on combining data insights with creative thinking to deliver personalised communications that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
As part of our hybrid team, you'll work 3 days a week in the office (if full time), with 1 of those days based at the client's Norwest office. A car and valid driver's licence are essential for this role, as travelling from the agency's office to Norwest will be required.

Responsibilities
Plan, manage and optimise CRM journeys across leads and customer database, including:
- Monthly content sends (model news, retail offers, brand news).
- Auto-responders and next-best-action journeys.
- 1st party data/cookie-less journeys (basket non-complete, model page abandonment, form non-complete).
- Owner journeys (order-to-delivery, onboarding, service reminders, finance retention).
- Leverage data to inform content, timing, and segmentation.
- Work closely with creative and client teams to ensure CRM plans are executed on time, on brand, and optimised for performance.
- Monitor campaign results, report on performance, and recommend improvements.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM / customer lifecycle marketing.
- You must have in-platform experience as this role requires end-to-end campaign management, including creative briefing, audience segment generation, campaign set up and email builds, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of email platforms, segmentation, automation and data-led targeting (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple streams at once.
- A confident communicator who can work across agency and client teams.
- Must have own vehicle for Norwest office days.
- Flexibility: open to full time or part time applicants.
- Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 from home if full time).
