Immediate Start | Fixed-Term Contract | 2 - 3 Months

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable FMCG   Brand Manager to join a high performing marketing team on a contract basis.

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketing professional who thrives on owning projects from brief through to delivery.

Working across a diverse portfolio of initiatives spanning Brand, Consumer and Shopper Marketing, you'll play a critical role in ensuring key business priorities continue to be delivered at pace and to a high standard.

About the Role

Reporting into the marketing leadership team, you will take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution. You'll work across multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing projects from approved brief through to execution, delivery and review
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and workflows
  • Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Deliver initiatives across Brand, Consumer and Shopper Marketing disciplines
  • Translate insights, data and market understanding into actionable recommendations
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies and opportunities
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting and expenditure tracking
  • Provide regular project and budget updates to senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing and solutions-focused team culture
About You

You are a confident and capable marketer who can quickly get up to speed, build credibility with stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.

You'll bring:
  • Proven experience in brand, consumer or shopper marketing roles
  • Strong project management and workflow coordination skills
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
  • Confidence working across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, adaptable and accountable approach to work
Contract Length: 2–3 months
Timing: Immediate start 
Salary: Up to $130k + super (pro rata)
Location: Sydney 
Hybrid: 3:2
