What you’ll do
- Lead client relationships and run projects end‑to‑end with confidence and clarity.
- Advise FMCG and alcohol brands on how shopper marketing drives real commercial impact.
- Keep budgets, timelines, and documentation tight and tidy.
- Present ideas and results with energy, curiosity, and a solutions mindset.
- Turn client objectives into sharp briefs for creative and digital teams.
- Deliver digital promotions — competitions, instant wins, loyalty, coupons — flawlessly and compliantly.
- Track performance, report ROI, and recommend what’s next.
- Manage campaign budgets and financials with precision
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and add value at every turn
- 2-4 years in a creative agency, ideally with shopper marketing, sale promotions and social/content experience
- Strong digital promotions know‑how (mechanics, compliance, platforms)
- Solid project management skills across budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Experience with FMCG and/or alcohol brands is a big plus, with ideally on-premise and off-premise experience
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Organised, proactive, curious, collaborative, and ready to move fast
