This is a great opportunity to join a leading experiential and activations agency, where you'll work across all parts of the process from client servicing and project management to creative concepting and event production.
Ideally from an agency background, the successful candidate will be a confident communicator, a great multi-tasker and have proven experience managing and delivering a variety of projects including immersive brand
experiences, pop up installations, sponsorship activations, venue take overs, on premise activations, brand launches, conferences and more.

Ideally from an agency background, the successful candidate will be a confident communicator, a great multi-tasker and have proven experience managing and delivering a variety of projects including immersive brand
experiences, pop up installations, sponsorship activations, venue take overs, on premise activations, brand launches, conferences and more.
You will be a gun with event logistics and planning, and will be confident in overseeing detailed production and builds, with the ability to bring
creative concepts to life on time, quality and budget.
Day to day you will:
- Partner with clients to build strong relationships and add strategic value
- Be across all client deliverables; event proposals, creative, budgets and timelines, and support on pitches when required
- Be involved with creative concepting and design briefing ensuring creative ideas align with client expectations
- Project management/production and delivery of premium experiential, venue take-overs and on premise activations
- Develop bespoke custom build items for small and large scale activations.
- Oversee event planning and execution including
venue selection, logistics, vendor management, AV production, runsheets and catering
Assist the team with event budget and own smaller ones - Have the opportunity to travel within Australia and NZ!
- Minimum of 2-3 years agency experience working in both a client servicing and event production capacity
- Confidence to work collaboratively with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- Custom build experience is highly desirable
- Local market events experience ideal
- A collaborative attitude, welcoming ideas from others and sharing information
- Exceptional communication skills, confident at presenting and able to engage with audiences
- Highly organised and adept at time management
- On-site event management experience
