Reporting to an Account Director, the role requires experience across multiple channels specifically event management, experiential, digital and strategy. You will need to be a confident communicator and have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will demonstrate a sound ability to write and co-ordinate effective and compelling proposals, briefs and presentations.
This role you'll wear multiple hats, you'll be across creative concepting, account management, project management and event production.

Day to day you will:
- Partner with clients to develop their goals and marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the whole agency team
- Collaborating with internal creative team to ensure work is always on-brand and on-brief
- Budget management across multiple clients – forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
- Project management/production and delivery of premium experiential, venue take-overs and on premise activations
- Have the opportunity to travel within Australia and NZ!
- Minimum 2-3 years agency experience working on events & activations
- Super confident, be comfortable with suppliers - client servicing and producing too
- Custom build experience is highly desireable
- Local market events experience highly desirable
- A collaborative attitude, welcoming ideas from others and sharing information
- Exceptional communication skills, confident at presenting and able to engage with audiences
- Highly organised and adept at time management
