Working with ambitious brands and agencies, this London head-quartered growth agency is looking for Marketing Account Executive to support the growing Sydney team with the delivery of B2B marketing campaigns and events.
This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor, and gain experience across campaign planning, events, and client management, learning from a senior strategist in an agile and forward-thinking agency.
The ideal candidate will have gained 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or agency client service role, ideally within the B2B environment or working on a B2B brand. Event and campaign co-ordination experience is mandatory, and experience working with a CRM system, and project management tools would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities:
- Build successful relationships with clients, acting as the day-to-day point of contact
- Attend regular client meetings and calls to review timelines, progress performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further campaign opportunities
- Understand client businesses, industries, and objectives to provide input into campaigns and guidance.
- Prepare campaign status reports, campaign performance, and key metrics for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Internal Client Team and Strategy Director to develop tailored marketing and business development strategies and campaigns, and monitor deliverables for your accounts
- Help execute marketing and business development activities and campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with innovative solutions
- Prepare presentations, decks and reports for meetings and presentations with clients
- Work closely with account teams internally, fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment
- Manage all aspects of event logistics to ensure smooth execution
- Source and coordinate venues that align with event requirements
- Assist in identifying and coordinating relevant speakers for events
- Brief designers to create engaging and effective landing pages
- Attend and manage the event on the day, ensuring smooth delivery and effective stakeholder management
- Support the tracking of project budgets and assist in compiling financial updates under the guidance of the Account Manager
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to ensure integrated and effective campaign delivery
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new business and expand existing accounts by gathering insights, preparing slides, and supporting logistics.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or agency client service role, ideally within B2B environment
- Exposure to event management and campaign coordination.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience working with Monday.com project management tool.
- Experience working with a CRM system
- Exposure to marketing and lead generation activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Problem-Solving ability, you’ll be proactive and solution-oriented
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and other relevant technologies
