Boutique agency, which invests heavily in its people, is looking for an  established  Account Director or Senior Account Director to lead an exciting FMCG account as well as other work on well-known alcohol brands.

In an exciting growth phase, this independent agency is set for it's busiest year yet, and due to that growth they are expanding the team with two new hires. 

The right fit:

The right person for this role will have plenty of energy, a down-to-earth no- nonsense approach, and ideally strong shopper/commerce experience as that kind of work will form part of the role. Managing an AM, the ideal candidate will enjoy leading and mentoring juniors and reporting directly into the CSD, there is plenty of scope for career progression. 

The work:

The role has a broad scope of work across Shopper/Commerce and Integrated/Brand as it's all about finding the right solution to a client’s problem that delivers results.  Building strong Client relationships will be second nature to you, as you'll be all about adding value and becoming a trusted client partner.
