Over the past few years, this agency has produced iconic, award-winning campaigns, offering plenty of creative opportunity.Managing new brand launches, product rollouts, and large-budget multi-channel campaigns will be second nature to you, as will developing a deep understanding of the client’s business, brand, category, and vision.

 
What You’ll Do

• Drive Creative Excellence:   Lead and manage ambitious above-the-line (ATL) campaigns—protecting the creative vision through development, client approval, production, and launch.
• Lead Senior Client Relationships: Own the day-to-day partnership with the client's marketing leadership. Manage expectations honestly, sell big ideas, and navigate challenges with confidence.
• Run Major Shoots & Campaigns: Partner early with Creative and Production on scope and budget, leading major end-to-end shoots including talent, locations, and on-set decision-making.
• Mentor & Champion Talent: Lead, guide, and develop an Account Manager, creating clear pathways for their career growth.
• Commercial Ownership: Manage account profitability, scoping, job cost reconciliations, and resource forecasting.

What You Bring

• Agency Experience:  5+ years in agency account service, currently operating as an Account Director or a Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step.
• Multi-channel campaign track record: Proven experience delivering large-scale national campaigns, including full end-to-end TVC production.
• Commercial & Presentation Polish: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to sell bold creative ideas to senior stakeholders 
• Leadership & Drive: A proactive, fearless mindset, paired with humility and genuine pride in growing junior team members.
