What You’ll Do
- Lead Client Partnerships — Build strong, trusted relationships across your client portfolio. Become their go‑to for creative problem‑solving and strategic direction.
- Drive Creative Strategy — Shape the strategic thinking behind immersive brand experiences, collaborating closely with creative strategist and internal teams.
- Champion Big Ideas — Lead ideation, push innovation, and turn insights into compelling experiential concepts that move audiences.
- Own Presentations & Pitches — Confidently present creative work, lead pitches, and bring new business opportunities to life.
- Oversee Production & Delivery — Guide custom builds, installations, activations and large‑scale events from concept to bump‑out. Partner with production, fabrication, technical and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Run Projects End‑to‑End — Manage timelines, budgets and resources across multiple complex projects, ensuring everything lands on time and on point.
- Lead & Mentor Your Team — Support, coach and inspire account service talent, fostering collaboration, growth and high performance.
- Manage Risk & Compliance — Ensure all work meets safety, compliance and WH&S requirements.
- Drive Commercial Success — Own budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and maximise profitability across your accounts.
- Grow Business — Spot new opportunities, upsell services, and lead strategic new business pitches.
- 6+ years in a creative, experiential or integrated agency.
- Proven success delivering standout experiential campaigns, activations and live events.
- Strong understanding of production, fabrication, logistics and technical delivery.
- Experience leading large‑scale builds and complex onsite operations.
- Sharp strategic thinking paired with a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach in high‑pressure environments.
- Strong commercial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, scoping and profitability.
- Leadership that inspires, mentors and elevates teams.
- A passion for pushing creative boundaries and crafting unforgettable brand experiences.
