Bec’s early career saw her working with some of Sydney & London’s most reputable agencies managing campaigns spanning Optus, Lovable, Microsoft, McDonalds, Kellogg, Prudential, and Johnson & Johnson. With a passion for travel, people, and new experiences, she jumped the pond to the UK and spent time living and working abroad living the 20-something dream.
As a freelance marketer herself, Bec experienced first-hand the immense benefits to both client and candidate that a well-paired contractual arrangement can provide. And with that, she made the decision in 2004 to help build a robust freelance marketing offering in Sydney, alongside Dene Gambotto. Bec has since worn multiple hats in the marketing world, but as a natural problem solver with a passion for authentic connection, she feels right at home pairing talented marketers with credible brands.
When the weekend hits, you’ll find Bec soaking up the great outdoors or happily wandering through farmers markets, festivals, and galleries with her hubby and three kids in tow.
