We couldn’t do without great Account Directors. Your input plays a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of the agency. Responsible for the day to day management of key client relationships, and with regular exposure to client senior management, your focus is primarily focused on existing business, with a wider scope of responsibility in growing sustainable client revenue within the accounts that you hold.
Supporting the Client Partner and Boss Lady, you’ll own and manage client revenue on your client list, in line with business planning and new business targets. You’re also accountable for collaborating with the Team and should drive the overall success of the teams that you work across. Your role looks specifically at client services strategies, best practice and discipline across the relationships within your care.
As this dynamic Account Director, you will work closely with the strategy, the design team and Client Partner on projects ranging from branding systems and their various touchpoints to marketing campaign development and rollout, through to place visioning and activations, helping to add value to our clients by delivering to audiences needs and desires.
About you:
With through-the-line experience including branding, design, advertising, digital and social marketing, you will have superb verbal and written communication skills, acute attention to detail and are grounded, positive and unfazed by client demands, handling these with ease and grace even when under pressure and is willing to offer all hands on deck with the rest of the team to help the studio run efficiently overall.
