When I say this is the most awarded agency of the last two years I mean it -these guys are bringing to market super innovative campaigns and are continuing to grow. Through this growth has come the need for a studio go to!
What exactly is the role?
Think of an open plan warehouse style agency where you can smell the collaboration in the air. Everyone is happy to be there and considers themselves part of a movement in the advertising industry. There are no walls, no silos and no egos.
The studio is made up of 8 incredible designer/producers who are so creative and entrepreneurial they need someone to be the studio Gandolf and be their guiding light allocating work, foreseeing any pain points with projects, knowing when someone might be drowning and be the sounding board for the tight knit team as they work through projects.
What will you need to be able to do it?
You will need to have a solid understanding of print & digital work from conception through to delivery. Understand timelines, studio head hours, potential pain points throughout the creative process and the ability to adapt to different personalities and projects. It's a very fluid, collaborative environment a "walk over and talk" mentality where the creative output is more important than the process followed to get there.
You will be reporting into a head of production who has a very nurturing persona having been with the business over 6 years.
You could potentially come from a studio management, traffic management or project management background.
