Key skills and responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of assigned projects according to requirements
- Mentor and supporting junior developers and producers.
- Determine resource needs and manage those assigned to the project team
- Facilitate all project planning required for project kick-off and implementation, including cost estimating and scheduling
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project scope, delivery schedule, or cost
- Provide technical opinions in creative reviews
- Update team members and internal stakeholders on the status of the project progression
- Manage multiple projects at a time (5-12 campaigns) with different complexities and teams Skills and Experience
- 3 years experience managing web and/or other technology-based projects • An open-minded, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Working knowledge of technical and creative development processes
- Ability to multi-task and process information expeditiously
- Independent. Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity sdf
- Proactive. Able to anticipate and manage risk
- Detail-oriented. Able to see the big picture while paying attention to the smallest details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
