Key responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Executive Creative Director and mentoring to a small, close-knit team
- Create and grow high-quality design outcomes
- Keeping up the “best in class” approach to your and the teams work
- Being a self-conscious and aware design lead, capable of managing medium to large projects either independently or within a tight team
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Be an inspiration, with an ability to manage multiple designers and projects seamlessly
- Aid those that are more junior
- Have an honest, authentic approach to your work
