With 96% market share, it is crucial to find a strategic, big picture thinker to use data, research and intuition to devise plans which help protect their leadership stance and drive strong growth for the category.
Managing the company's number 1 brand comes with a lot of attention. This is a crucial role which requires someone to have experience at the Senior Brand level. Product management is incorporated into this role along with a large focus on brand and communications, particularly digital. You'll be responsible for delivering market share and profitability targets, key to which is identifying market opportunities and planning strong product, communication, and promotional strategies. The role reports into the Marketing Manager for ANZ and manages an Assistant Brand Manager.
The ideal candidate:
This is a strategic role that requires someone analytical enough dive deep into the research and data and turn insights into strong communications plans. Sound experience in digital/ social/content, as well as traditional media (TV & OOH) is crucial as is the ability to manage external agencies for creative development. You'll have experience managing and mentoring others and together with the Marketing Manager will get satisfaction from developing a high performing team. Key to success will be forging close relationships with Trade Marketing, Key Account Managers, Sales, Regs and Finance.
