The Job
Our marketers are savvy, data-loving marketers who manage the delivery of their clients’ strategies on time and within budget.
Working with our Strategic Leads, you will develop digital strategies, create spellbinding content and achieve never-before-seen conversion rates across channels.

To do that you will need to:

●  Be a ninja of a project manager, expertly delivering your clients’ strategies on time and within budget

●  Get to know your client inside and out, understanding their strategy and goals. Be able to translate that strategy into a project plan and explain how each activity and deliverable ties into the big picture for the client

●  Recognise and instigate opportunities for developing work with clients on extra projects

●  Develop a strong communication channel and relationship with clients, to get a full
understanding of their requirements

●  Hold client satisfaction, results and relationship as marks of your success in the role

●  Be a digital marketing whizz, keeping up to date with SEO, social and PPC trends and getting excited about where new technologies and insights may help your client achieve their goals

●  Nail inbound marketing implementations that lure key audiences whilst keeping a laser-sharp focus on KPI’s and your clients brand and strategy

●  Deploy and manage marketing automation for campaign management, monitoring and analysis of content goals

●  Brief the Studio to create cracking content: articles, blogs, web copy, videos, webinars, FAQs, factsheets, web and email copy, infographics - the whole shebang

●  Be addicted to great content, love the digital marketing landscape, have outrageously good attention to detail, and nightmares about bad grammar

●  Contribute continually to the improvement of online channels, including social properties, websites, SEM and SEO.

We’d really like it if you:

●  Have experience working with HubSpot, or a good working knowledge of another Martech automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)

●  Are a digital marketer with 3+ years digital agency account management experience under your belt, or

●  Are a client-side marketing manager with some compelling results to show off, and an interest in life in the fast lane

●  Possess excellent project management skills, able to effortlessly manage multiple projects for clients on time and within budget. Can quote services and estimate necessary hours and resources to ensure the agency has adequate resources set aside for each account.

●  Are a proven relationship builder with a plethora of skills and understanding in the perfect recipe for building trust with the client, and championing their corner whilst keeping the agency value driven and successful.

●  Have amazing communication skills

●  Have a crystal clear understanding of b2b inbound and digital marketing

●  Are a self-confessed digital nerd and stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and publishing trends, best practices and technologies

Salary: $90,000 pending experience (neg).
