Bring your strong customer experience/ CRM and data skills to this exciting contract role at a global creative agency. Whilst this is a contract opportunity, it has the strong potential to become a permanent role for the right person! Strong client and project management skills are a must as is the ability to roll your sleeves up and work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong CX/CRM campaign management experience gained preferably agency-side
- Familiar with customer journey mapping
- A thorough understanding of how customers interact with a brand across all digital touch-points.
- Experience managing email campaigns from beginning to end
- Experience working with Salesforce marketing cloud and a basic understanding of their product offering.
- Strong eye for design and best practice email design (UI/UX).
- Well versed in the measuring the CRM/CX campaign performance
- Strong communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- A can-do roll your sleeves up attitude
- Available for an immediate start
