Reporting into the Directors of the business, you will be responsible for leading the agency's new business and PR efforts across Australia. Your primary focus will be on generating positive and regular social and traditional media coverage, and managing and coordinating research, targeting and securing new clients and projects. You will work closely with the senior team to shape opportunities and clients for growth, with responsibilities including:
- Managing all social and traditional media channels for the agency, planning, scheduling and executing all content
- Connect with key local journalists in traditional media, managing relationships and ensuring regular coverage
- Managing the agency's credentials and case studies, ensuring they are updated at all times
- Managing all website updates, ensuring all content is up to date and relevant
- Managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Work with Melbourne, Sydney and Business Directors to develop a new business plan and strategy
- Write and coordinate effective and compelling pitches, proposals, briefs and presentations
- Manage a new CRM and Marketing enablement platform
- 3+ years experience in a Marketing role, ideally within a creative agency environment
- Strong content development background, you are a social and digital whizz with experience managing PR campaigns
- Experience leading new business projects, with a proven ability to lead and win new business pitches
- Ideas focused, curious and proactive - you love generating ideas and 'making it happen'
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with email marketing, CRM and CMS systems
- Positive, driven and a good sense of humour
