The company has won a number of ARIAs and is well-respected in their field, collaborating with some of the world’s leading artists, in the classical music space. The last year has seen the company go through a huge digital transformation and have big plans in this space over the next 12 months. About the role

The Marketing Manager leads the management of the ticket marketing campaign for live and digital concerts. You’ll be joining a dynamic team of 5 and will be comfortable managing a busy and complex marketing schedule. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams including box office, customer relations and sales, along with external partners such as agencies, venues and musicians.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Customer Relations, you will:
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to drive ticket sales, reach wider audiences and increase customer loyalty
  • Lead and supervise the marketing team’s day to day activities including print, promotional and publicity activities, website management, digital content, direct marketing and CRM, events, PR and comms and social media
  • Manage day-to-day marketing workflow within the marketing team and with broader company and external suppliers
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop an annual marketing plan
  • Develop, monitor and manage marketing budgets along with negotiating and managing supplier arrangements
  • Analyse sales and attendance figures to provide marketing insights and inform strategies
  • Manage, motivate and mentor marketing team on a day to day basis  
The successful candidate will have:
  • 5+ years marketing and campaign management experience
  • 2+ years experience leading or managing a team
  • Previous experience hitting revenue targets and driving engagement and loyalty
  • Ideally experience in CRM platforms and basic photoshop
  • Strong people skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability draw actionable insights form data
  • A love of music and the arts
