You will join a marketing team of 8, who work collaboratively in a positive and performance focused environment.
You will join an established Marketing Team, reporting into the General Marketing Manager, with responsibilities including:


  • Lead the strategy and execution of the Local Area Marketing activity, empowering the local community, leveraging opportunities and generating sales leads across multiple brands
  • Create and develop ideas and concepts for events and initiatives
  • Develop POS materials for all stakeholders and manage the execution and distribution of collateral, in a fast paced and sometimes demanding retail environment
  • Support stakeholders with promotional material to help drive sales leads
  • Manage and optimise budget and messaging across multiple communication channels and brands
  • Be ‘the voice’ of marketing when communicating with sales teams and partners, collaborating and developing effective relationships

About you:



  • Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Commerce or related discipline
  • 5+ years experience working closely with retail outlets delivering retail strategies and executing campaigns
  • Experience overseeing the development of signage, POS and promotional requirements including print and online
  • Strong understanding of LAM strategies and execution in the retail environment
  • Great stakeholder management with excellent people skills, you love developing relationships and have a passion for it
  • Passion for healthcare and ideally experience targeting an older demographic
  • Proactive, driven, adaptable with a great sense of humour
  • Experience in retail, healthcare or insurance industry desirable
