Marketing Manager | E-Commerce Disruptor | Tech/Wellness | 90-120k plus
This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing health/wellness tech brand that is shaking up the market by bringing tailored wellness solutions direct to their customers.
They are looking for a Marketing Manager to help them do one thing – grow! If you have strong acquisition marketing experience, ideally in the e-commerce/tech space, and a passion for all things health and wellness, then this could be an incredible opportunity to be a part of an exciting journey for this disruptor.

About the role:
Reporting into the founder and Head of Marketing you’ll:
  • Scale customer acquisition and Customer Lifetime Value while controlling CPA
  • Manage a marketing budget and optimise our channel-mix to deliver a better ROI
  • Develop our Offline Marketing channels (Partnerships, OOH, TV etc) and recommend media buy/spend
  • Prepare multi-channel targeted acquisition campaigns to generate website traffic, qualified leads, and customer acquisition
  • Define a game-plan to reach the monthly sales targets of our marketing channels: Paid Channels (Online Ads, OOH campaigns), Direct-Acquisition Channels (Partnerships, Influencers, Affiliates), Organic Channels (Referrals, EDM, Social Media, SEO)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Data, Design & Content teams to develop, monitor and A/B test our marketing campaigns
  • Develop cohesive advertising campaigns to promote the brand towards the right audiences with the relevant channels
Who you are:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience preferably some in e-commerce
  • Have worked in an entrepreneurial environment with a proven track record of growing D2C business
  • Strong project management & organisational skills, strong leadership, attention to detail, ability to multitask, ability to manage deadlines and prioritise
  • Results-oriented with the ability to move quickly and easily between high-level strategy and rolling-up-sleeves to get it done
  • Strong analytical skills, structured and data-driven thinking
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Preferred: passion/interest in health/wellness
