Marketing Executive | Part-time | $70,000 - 75,000 inc super pro rata | Arts & Culture
Dream role for an arts, music & culture enthusiast looking for their next marketing role. This is part-time role, 3 or 4 days per week, or 5 days on reduced hours – very flexible for the right candidate. About the company

Do you have a passion for fine arts, music and culture and would like to join a group dedicated to the promotion of classical music productions? Our client is on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join the team on a part-time basis in offices based in Mascot, just two stops from Central. The company has won a number of ARIAs and is well-respected in their field. This year is their 30th anniversary and there is lots of exciting work in the pipeline. The founders of the company are still heavily involved in the artistic direction and running of the company - a great opportunity to join an inspiring team. The team is experienced, supportive and passionate. If you have an interest in classical music and the arts, this could be an amazing opportunity for you.

With the support of the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Manage the execution of campaigns including; email marketing, blog content, display, social & digital, print, radio and sponsorships
  • Ownership of the build and execution of e-newsletters 
  • Work with external agencies to bring campaigns to life, managing all budgets and timelines
  • Use your creative flair to contribute to the design and development of marketing materials
  • Coordinate ticket offers and promotions
  • Analyse campaign data to optimise and improve performance
About you:
  • 2+ years of work experience in a Marketing role
  • Experience managing campaigns end-to-end - email marketing, print, social, digital, content development
  • MailChimp or equivalent email marketing program experience
  • Experience developing, managing and working with tight timelines, deadlines and budgets
  • Great PR and Social skills
  • Bachelor Degree qualified in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Imaginative, resourceful and diligent with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Passionate, driven and friendly personality with sound commercial acumen 
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and other Adobe products a plus
