Your New Company:

It's excited times for our client, an international fashion and homewares brand growing rapidly in Australia. They're looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist/Executive to join the team in offices just south of Sydney CBD, 5 mins from the train line. There will be a marketing team of 6 and you will report into a Marketing Manager, working across all channels for the brand. One day you could be working on Film and Outdoor campaigns, the next on PR, Social and Digital campaigns, or even Store Assets and Internal Communications. Your New Role:
Learn from the best in this exciting, varied role. You will:
  • Assist in the development and execution of the brands fully integrated advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Work with external agencies to bring campaigns to life, including managing project timelines, WIP documents and finance
  • Contribute to team brainstorms with new ideas and initiatives
  • Provide general admin support to the marketing team
  • Develop and maintain competitor analysis, gaining a detailed understanding of the retail and customer landscape  
About you:
  • 3-4 years experience in campaign management in a marketing or advertising role (either client-side or agency)
  • Passionate about marketing, brands and bringing campaigns to life
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Self-motivated, analytical and excellent stakeholder management
  • A team player but with the ability to work autonomously
  • High level of attention to detail
