Your new role:
Reporting into the National Marketing Manager you will;
- Develop and lead the vision for Client communications, focusing on driving client retention, satisfaction and engagement
- Create engaging content for a range of marketing channels such as EDMs, long form content, blog, e-books, whitepapers, infographics, webinar content, press releases and speeches
- Own the EDM on-boarding process, including customer journey mapping and drip campaigns
- Write and collaborate with a designer to produce product brochures, flyers and video case studies
- Establish close working relationships with Account Managers and Training teams generating ideas and content to solve challenges and enhance client experience
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure aligned messaging and amplification
- 2+ years experience in Marketing Communications, ideally communicating with B2B audiences
- Experience developing email marketing campaigns
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, you love to write and develop content for a variety of channels
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams
- Proactive and ideas driven, you love working as part of a team
- Tertiary qualification in related field such as marketing, business or communications
- You love the challenge of getting under the skin of technology and what it can deliver, diving deep into the product offering with a thirst for knowledge
