Dream role for an arts, music & culture enthusiast looking for their next marketing role. This is part-time role, 3 days per week. The successful candidate will begin on a contract with a view to going perm.

About the company
Our client are an Australian arts, music and culture company, based in Mascot, just two stops from Central. The company has won a number of ARIAs and is well-respected in their field. This year is their 30th anniversary and there is lots of exciting work in the pipeline. The founders of the company are still heavily involved in the artistic direction and running of the company - a great opportunity to join an inspiring team. The team is experienced, supportive and passionate. If you have an interest in classical music and the arts, this could be an amazing opportunity for you.

With the support of the Head of Marketing, you will:

  • Manage the execution of campaigns including; email marketing, blog content, display, social & digital, print and sponsorships
  • Ownership of six e-newsletters per week
  • Work with external agencies to bring campaigns to life
  • Use your creative flair to contribute to the design and development of marketing materials
  • Coordinate ticket offers and promotions for audiences and sponsors
  • Analyse campaign data to optimise and improve performance
  • Attend concerts and assist Front of House where required
  • Develop and execute a broad range of marketing tasks and duties supporting single ticket sales, subscription sales, corporate and philanthropic development
  • General administration for the marketing team
About you:
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a Marketing role
  • Passion for the arts, culture, classical music
  • Experience managing campaigns end-to-end - email marketing and print essential, ideally social, digital and content development
  • Basic familiarity with Photoshop and other Adobe products is desirable
  • Bachelor Degree qualified in a marketing, advertising or communications
  • Imaginative, resourceful and diligent with a positive, can-do attitude
