Melbourne (start out in Sydney for 6 months) | $95-105k inc super, 12 month initial contract

What you will be doing day-to-day:
- Reporting into National Customer Manager and with 1 direct report, you will manage BTL (CRM, data segmentation, email marketing etc) activities from strategy through to execution
- You will manage all Direct Marketing for customers and produce effective messaging on all communications to increase acquisition and conversion
- Managing budgets and marketing calendar for campaigns, offers and promotions
- You will work with numerous internal teams including; sales, legal, social, as well as external partners to develop effective strategies to help drive business objectives
What you will need to be considered:
- Min 5 years marketing experience and either worked at Marketing Manager level or SAM/AD level within a creative agency
- Direct marketing experience - CRM, data and DM experience
- Exceptional Communication and Negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders internal and external
- A can-do approach, great attention to detail and be able to hit the ground running
- Willing to work in both Sydney (6 months) and Melbourne (6 months)
