Why you will love the role:

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across all platforms nationally and locally with a strong focus on social media and content development. You will be given the freedom to run your own projects end-to-end but also be well supported by a great team and manager. You will have the following responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative and engaging social media campaigns
  • Write, create and develop content across social, website, eDMS and broader digital channels
  • Coach and guide local practices when it comes to social media local area marketing
  • Manage email marketing campaigns including developing, scheduling tracking and reporting 
  • Manage multiple company websites including updates, user experience and google analytics
  • Manage SEO/SEM and Google Adwords Campaigns with the agency
  • Be the digital guru of the team, sharing the latest digital trends and providing recommendations
  • Competitor analysis and monitoring
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team including ad hoc participation in marketing events
What you’ll need to be considered:
  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience, bonus if it is in the health and wellness sector or related industry
  • Strong experience with email marketing tools, SEM/SEO and CMS
  • You’re highly creative, with experience writing and designing digital content (design skills a real bonus)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing display advertising campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of social media and website metrics and best practices, along with digital and social reporting tools
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Pro-active, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and collaborative nature
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with digital marketing agencies
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
