This is an initial 12 month contract role but there is every opportunity it could be made permanent. As the Digital Marketing Manager you will use your analytical mindset and creative thinking to make a difference through Customer Experience, Website conversion and Performance media. You will lead the digital marketing strategy including acquisition, retention, cross & upsell strategies, focusing on the customer journey as well as supporting cross-channel initiatives.

You will be responsible for:
  • Delivering digital campaigns across website and performance media including CRM, Display, Paid Social, SEM/SEO
  • Manage day to day relationships and campaigns with agencies and internal teams
  • Leveraging data platforms to drive improved segmentation, targeting and consistency across all digital media
  • Taking results and data and adapting your approach accordingly, having a strong point of view on what is working and what is not
  • Understand your digital customers, their data triggers, striving to give them the best user experience and conversion
  • Understand past trends and forecast new ones, contributing to idea generation and future planning
What do you need to be successful:
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience across paid media and website
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, data, audience and performance marketing
  • Experience driving customer journey mapping
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Curious, gutsy, you thrive on a challenge and seeing the results from your own ideas
  • Experience managing agencies, or even come from an agency background yourself
  • Incredible organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Love working with genuine, nice people that care about their team!
